HR Transformation Lead / Senior Manager - HRO Transformation

About the Role
- We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR Transformation Leader to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across HR Outsourcing engagements. This role will lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of innovative HR transformation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, accelerate digital adoption, and deliver measurable business value for enterprise clients.
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR Operations and HRO service delivery, combined with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership capabilities.

- This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering with delivery, technology, analytics, and transformation teams to modernize HR operating models through automation, analytics, AI/ML, and process reengineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Transformation & Consulting :
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation programs across HR Outsourcing engagements.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and operational priorities.
- Assess current-state HR processes and design future-state operating models focused on scalability, automation, and efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, intelligent automation, AI/ML integration, analytics enablement, and digital transformation.
Process Excellence & Operating Model Design :

- Drive business process reengineering initiatives across Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Conduct value chain mapping, operational diagnostics, and process maturity assessments.
- Design and implement best-in-class HR operating models, governance structures, and service delivery frameworks.
- Establish transformation methodologies, standards, and ways of working across programs.
Digital & Automation Enablement :
- Collaborate with technology and automation teams to deploy digital HR solutions.
- Drive adoption of RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, self-service platforms, analytics solutions, and intelligent operations capabilities.
- Recommend innovative transformation solutions that enhance customer and employee experience while improving operational efficiency.Governance & Program Leadership :
- Define transformation KPIs, success measures, governance models, and value realization frameworks.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs involving operations, technology, analytics, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable transformation outcomes.
Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with client leadership teams and drive strategic transformation discussions.
- Present transformation recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :
Must-Have :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
- At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and enterprise HR operations.
- Expertise in business process reengineering, operating model design, and governance frameworks.
- Strong exposure to automation, digital transformation, analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
Good-to-Have :
- Relevant HR qualification or MBA/PGDM.
- Experience working with HR ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI/ML, or Process Excellence.
- Experience working in global delivery/shared services environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies.
