Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead and oversee the entire Human Resources function for our growing ITeS organization. The role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as broader HR functions including Organizational Development (OD), performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the ITeS industry and a proven ability to scale HR practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
a) Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring timely hiring for volume and niche roles.
b) Develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the ITeS sector.
c) Build strong employer branding to attract top talent.
d) Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning and forecasting.
2. Organizational Development (OD) & Strategy
a) Design and implement OD interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
b) Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability building.

c) Foster a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
3. HR Business Partnering
a) Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
b) Provide insights and solutions on organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
c) Align HR strategies with business objectives.

4. Performance Management

a) Oversee performance management systems and processes.
b) Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
c) Ensure alignment of individual KPIs with organizational goals.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
a) Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
b) Build a strong, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
c) Monitor employee satisfaction and retention metrics.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
a) Ensure efficient HR operations including payroll, policies, and compliance.
b) Maintain adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
c) Drive process improvements and HR digitization initiatives.
7. Learning & Development
a) Identify training needs and implement L&D programs.
b) Support continuous learning and career development frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
1. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Mandatory experience in the ITeS industry.
4. Strong background in Talent Acquisition along with exposure to OD and other HR functions.
5. Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and managing large employee bases.
