Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and families.

● Qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

● Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective residents and their family members.

● Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the decision-making process.

● Explain the features, benefits, facilities, and lifestyle offerings of the senior living community.

● Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

● Consistently achieve assigned lead conversion, site visit, and booking targets.

RMs Duties and Responsibilities:

● Consistent achievement of monthly lead generation and site visit targets.

● High conversion ratio from inquiries to site visits and bookings.

● Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.

● Accurate CRM updates and disciplined follow-up management.

● Strong relationship-building with customers and their families.

● Graduate in any discipline.

● 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Hospitality,Real Estate.

● Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

● Customer-centric approach with excellent listening abilities.

● Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into site visits.

● Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
