Web2- Web3 Social Media Manager

:

You’ll be handling social media channels of multiple projects in our growing Web2-Web3 ecosystem, which is bound to disrupt the creator economy and many verticals of the Web3 world.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

• Set and own content calendars for all assigned social channels.

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).

• Track social mentions and user sentiment.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other marketers to maintain brand consistency.

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor reviews.

• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.


Requirements:

3-5 years of proven work experience as a social media manager or a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Hands-on experience in content management via tools like Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content with the help of AI tools (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of primary social platforms like X, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Fair knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and task management skills.
Candidates with Web3 exposure or understanding will be preferred.
