Growtomation Marketing Solutions - Brand Manager

About the Role
We're building OneMetric into a US-trusted brand - and we need someone who can lead the charge.
You'll be our brand's voice on the ground and online - helping us sound right, show up right, and build trust with US buyers.
You'll talk to customers, partners, and the market to understand how we're perceived - and feed those insights into messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
You won't be writing every asset yourself, but you'll work closely with content, design, and leadership to shape everything we put out.
What You'll Do
- Talk to customers, partners, and ICPs to learn how they think, speak, and buy.
- Bring back insights to help the team shape messaging, offers, content, and tone.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ship assets that reflect the brand.
- Help lead external touchpoints - webinars, interviews, events, and roundtables.
- Represent OneMetric confidently in meetings, on calls, or on camera.
- Keep projects on track and help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or GTM roles.
- Has helped shape or evolve a B2B brand's narrative and market presence.
- Great with people - you know how to ask the right questions and listen well.
- Clear communicator - written, spoken, and on camera.
- Project manager mindset - can connect the dots and get things done.
Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, RevOps, or B2B SaaS landscape.
