Senior Taxation Manager

Job Summary
At OneOplus were seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Taxation Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the taxation function, with a focus on direct tax expertise and a deep understanding of international taxation requirements. The role requires strong team management skills, high ethical standards, and a commitment to compliance.
Job Responsibility

• Should have team management experience, specialist in direct tax, familiar with indirect tax
• Manage all Direct Taxation matters related to the company.
• Coordinate all international Taxation requirements of Companies like TP, CBCR filing etc.
• Provides insights on matters of taxation required for foreign remittances, overseas funding etc.
  
• Coordinate with company auditors and consultants in all taxation-related matters.
• Look into all cases related to Assessment/Demand/Survey, with Tax Authorities.
• Must independently find plausible solutions to Tax-related issues.
• Has experience working in ERP environments like Oracle or SAP.
• Must possess good exposure in Direct Taxation matters of Corporations.
• Must possess good exposure to International Taxation Laws, Transfer Pricing and matters of CBCR reporting.
• Should have experience in independently handling taxation matters with auditors and consultants.

Job Requirement

• Graduation or Post graduation should be in finance background
• Total post-qualification experience required for 8-10 years and above
• In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, transfer pricing, and compliance.
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
