Job Description
- As an experienced Architect, you will be responsible for developing and documenting Architecture Roadmaps, Standards, and Patterns. You will utilize your expertise to translate business problems into clear Scope, Functional, and Non-functional Requirements, as well as design detailed architecture Blueprints for complex solutions. Your role will also involve actively contributing to Architecture Governance forums, documenting and tracking actions to ensure adherence to architectural standards and policies.
Your leadership, project management, and relationship management skills will be crucial in providing guidance on technology initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables for successful implementation, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Your excellent business and technical problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing complex challenges and conducting thorough analysis of technology options and their impact on the business.
You should have specialist knowledge in at least two IT architecture disciplines, including Solutions Architecture, Systems Architecture, Business Architecture, Information/Data Architecture, Application/Service Architecture, and Technology/Infrastructure Architecture. In addition, you should possess detailed knowledge of strategic and new technologies, understanding of agile methods and processes, and experience in application and solution development.

Your ability to think big, bridge communications between technical and business-oriented audiences, and apply architecture and design methodologies will be valuable in this role. Basic knowledge of UK Lending/Savings business processes is desirable.
