Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Executive with 6–8 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with financial operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standard.
• Perform GST reconciliation and ensure timely filing and compliance
• Handle TDS filings and related statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance.
• Manage the
  
  Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment.
• Work extensively on ERPs such as Zoho, Tally, or similar system.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and reconciliation.
• Continuously identify process improvements and drive efficiency in finance operation.

Key Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERPs such as Zoho, Tally, or equivalent platform.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance in IndAs.
• Experience managing end-to-end P2P process.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
