Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and panelists
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (Non-Tech hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
