Job Description

    As a Project Manager and Business Analytics at Opella based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in utilizing customer level data, sales data, and profile data to conduct analysis that supports the development of effective customer engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic project management, driving Business Analytics Board Procedure, and assisting in monthly Business Unit Performance Review Procedures and Quarterly RBM review Process. In addition, you will be expected to perform ad hoc analysis as required by the business.
    You should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a global team, and excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively articulate technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
    Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to craft pre and post-strategies, identifying and conceptualizing projects in consultation with the Strategy, Marketing, and commercial team, and demonstrating improvements through analytical insights and interventions in planning and execution processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and refining the analytics roadmap to address performance and insights needs across various channels, conducting deep dive analysis of performing and non-performing territories, and preparing project reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teams and service providers.
    In addition, you will be tasked with analyzing opportunities at HCP/Territories through profiling and insights, defining sharp segmentation and targeting based on profiling outcomes, developing a robust tracking mechanism, providing insights into Omnichannel call planning and messaging to doctors, and ensuring execution excellence through periodic feedback to the commercial and cross-functional teams.
    Your role will also involve active participation in the annual commercial planning process, ensuring the availability of meaningful metrics for project-related management information, designing project templates, coordinating with the sales team and MIS/Database team for data maintenance and timely reporting, and working extensively in the field to drive execution and derive insights.
