Job Description
How Youll Make An Impact
- With a focus on accuracy, input quote data into Salesforce using supporting documentation from Optiv partners.
- When applicable, perform system/data updates that result from operations audits and reporting.
- Aid the Client Operations and Field Sales Team with appropriate forecast status and tracking notes.
- When applicable during the quote creation, identify and recommend opportunities to add-on Optiv services.
- Communicate via available tools and resources, responding quickly and accurately to requests from internal business functions and outside resources as needed.
- Manage maintenance contract, asset tracking, invoicing and purchasing history reports for clients.
- Maintain account health through data integrity, credit standing, etc.
- Prepare and submit accurate orders for purchasing as needed.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis as needed.
- Participate in corporate compliance trainings, operations/systems improvements, user-acceptance testing and personal career development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices, ideas, training, that support Optivs culture and core values.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge.
- Actively volunteer to complete tasks on behalf of peers that are out of the office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role required.
- Prior experience in Client Relationship Management software (CRM) required. Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience skills required, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required.
- Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, where workflow is determined by incoming requests required.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal resources.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to align with deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills, independent judgment and functional arithmetic skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills are required.
- Regular office environment with exposure to moderate noise.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to input data into computer utilizing hands to finger to tab to different fields to input data.
- Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed.
- Ability to answer telephone and talk and hear other party.
- Ability to view computer screen, Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
- Ability to travel to company meetings and events, either in region or via plane when required, no more than 15%.
- Proficient in English reading and writing
