Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for developing new partnerships, optimizing current affiliate relationships, and ensuring affiliate campaigns deliver ROI and align with our brand goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate networks, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliate partners and influencers.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates to maximize their performance and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, revenue) and optimize accordingly.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Work with design, content, and product teams to create marketing assets and promotions.
• Negotiate and manage commission structures and payouts.
• Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to affiliate partnerships.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and program terms.
  
• Provide regular reports on program performance to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks/ agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in Mobile, web vertical is a plus.

• Experience managing influencer or referral marketing programs.
• Familiarity with tracking platforms and attribution models.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid media as it relates to affiliate strategies.
• Multilingual skills or international program experience is a bonus.
