Marketing Specialist

Opika is hiring an AI?first Marketing Specialist to own full?funnel growth across outbound, content, and automation. You will move between marketing, sales, and product, and use data and AI daily to drive pipeline and revenue.

• You are not actively using AI tools (GPT, Perplexity, Claude, Midjourney, DALLE, etc.) in your current marketing work.
• You only want to do strategy and expect others to execute.
• You avoid dashboards, spreadsheets, or performance metrics.

What you will do

• Use AI tools to research, draft, and define marketing strategies for our clients.
• Build workflows, sales sequences, and cold outreach.
• Connect data from analytics and CRM to clear recommendations on what to stop, start, or scale.

What you bring

• Hands?on experience running campaigns and cold outreach yourself.
• Concrete examples where AI helped you move faster or improve results.
• Ability to switch between data, marketing, sales across multiple industries without getting stuck in one lane.
• Comfort with ownership, direct feedback, and working in a small, fast environment.
