Marketing Specialist

Opika is hiring an AI?first Growth Agent for its US clients to own full?funnel growth across outbound, content, and automation. You will move between marketing, sales, and product, and use data and AI daily to drive pipeline and revenue.

• You are not actively using AI tools (GPT, Perplexity, Claude, Midjourney, DALLE, etc.) in your current work
• You only want to do strategy and expect others to execute
• You avoid dashboards, spreadsheets, or performance metrics
• You want a narrow, content-only, or social-only role
• You have never personally written a cold email sequence, built a landing page, or run a paid ad from scratch
  

What you will do

• Diagnose growth bottlenecks for our US clients and identify the single highest-leverage move
• Build ready-to-use assets: cold email sequences, landing page copy, paid ad variants, LinkedIn posts
• Run outbound and inbound campaigns yourself - not brief someone else to do it
• Use AI to move 3x faster without cutting quality
• Report whats working, whats not, and what to do next without being asked

What you bring

• Specific numbers from campaigns you personally ran, not team results
• Proof that AI made you faster or improved your output (tool + task + result)
• Ability to switch between SaaS, healthcare, newsletters, and other verticals without needing a 2-week ramp
• Comfort with direct feedback, no handholding, and a fast environment
