We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to lead and provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion applications. The role involves managing a team of 10+ junior consultants. Should have experience in implementations, configurations, and optimizations across Finance. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful Oracle Fusion deployments for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support & Solutioning :

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion modules (Finance)
• Analyze business requirements, recommend best practices,
  

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 12 junior consultants.
• 
  Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues within the team.
  

Implementation & Upgrade Support

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion test automation implementation and enhancement projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support quarterly Oracle updates and patch testing.
  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and senior leadership to understand and align system functionalities with business goals.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in at least one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance).
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of junior consultants.
• Hands-on experience in configurations, setups, and business process mapping.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues effectively.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Quarterly Patches, Testing, and UAT cycles is a plus.
• Oracle Fusion certifications (preferred).
