As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and certified Planning Engineer to join our team.
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Resident Construction Manager to join our team at the GAIL INDIA LIMITED Petrochemicals Complex in Pata, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the Oil and Gas industry, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to oversee and coordinate construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly within the Oil and Gas industry.
