Job Type: Full-time

  • Plan and execute end-to-end business development activities with colleges and schools across Kerala
  • Prospecting the college and school leads through intro/pitch calls and email/WhatsApp communication. Ensuring the call volume is in line with the leads prospecting expectations.
  • Conduct detailed online and offline demos of the organisation services to the relevant stakeholders in schools / colleges
  • Leads Management and analysis to ensure steady inflow of quality leads for each department.
  • Overall responsibility of webinars, seminar, education fairs
  • Continuous engagement with school/college owners/principals to nurture the leads
  • Prepare periodic marketing report.
  • Should be able to forecast marketing in terms of numbers and revenue
  • Achieve marketing targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings
  • Market development identify gaps in the market
  • Analyzing and forecasting market & student admission trends.
  • To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
  • Identifying new channels and partners to grow the business
  • Business reporting and competitor research
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations of the companys products and services.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets Keeping accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM software.
  • Continuously updating product knowledge, market trends and industry developments.
  • Arranging and Participating in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, university visits.
  • Ensuring all webinars/seminars generate the number of leads as given by management.
  • Ensure all event leads are followed up within 24 hours
  • Coordinate with manager and digital marketing team on any pre-event preparation to ensure a successful event at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Ensure marketing plan and campaigns are approved and rolled out one month in advance for any event, in coordination with the Digital Marketing Team.
  • Tap Infopark and other IT Park locations and identify social media groups for potential students, and implement marketing activities in and around those locations.
  • Roll out English and Malayalam Media and Press releases.
  • Explore new opportunities for business tie ups or proposals.
  • Competitor Analysis do be done and provide inputs on process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
  • The candidate should experience in field marketing
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Peoples person with good PR and convincing skills.
  • Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
  • Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
  • Must have good listening and analytical skills
  • Should be available to travel across Kerala for meet prospective lead generating avenues like colleges, schools, IELTS coaching centers.
  • Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Softwares and CRM.

Job Type: Full-time
