The Role
We&aposre seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager specializing in implementation and reporting to ensure our enterprise clients experience flawless onboarding and maximize value from our platform. This is not an entry-level CSM positionwe need someone who can handle complex technical implementations while building strong client relationships.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise implementations from kickoff to completion
- Create detailed implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Design and execute structured onboarding processes tailored to client needs
- Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that demonstrate ROI and platform value
- Manage client expectations through clear communication and proactive problem-solving
- Handle enhancement requests tactfully while maintaining positive client relationships
- Identify optimization opportunities during implementation to increase platform adoption
Requirements (Must Have)
- 5+ years experience in customer success for B2B SaaS or similar companies
- Proven track record managing enterprise implementations from start to finish
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
- Technical mindset to understand the different integrations needed and their impact on plan
- Advanced stakeholder management experience across different organizational levels
- Change management expertise to drive user adoption in resistant environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have
- Experience with customer engagement or CRM platforms
- Strong expertise with onboarding tools and processes
- Technical aptitude to understand our platform integrations
- Background in data visualization or business intelligence
- Experience implementing solutions requiring significant organizational change
- History of maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction during complex implementations
