Job Overview

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, crafting compelling narratives and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Youll amplify our leaderships visibility, drive impactful campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our brands presence. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with SaaS experience and a passion for building meaningful connections through communication.

Experience: 4-6 Years (At least 3 year in a SaaS-based product company)

Reporting Manager: Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen the brands voice and presence in the market.

• Craft thought leadership content for the CEO, CTO, and other leaders to position them as industry experts.
• Collaborate with PR agencies to secure media coverage and amplify the brands presence in industry forums.
• Create compelling narratives for campaigns, events, and product launches that resonate with target audiences.
• Partner with designers to create event collaterals, and sales materials that reflect the brands identity.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to keep the brands communication fresh and relevant.
• Leverage storytelling techniques to humanize the brand and foster deeper connections with customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in brand communications or PR.
• At least 3 year of experience in a SaaS-based industry is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Experience managing PR agencies, events, and external partnerships.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into effective communication strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
