Job Description
- As a Store Manager for a Luxury Optical Store in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the outlet, ensuring a premium customer experience, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. Your role involves overseeing daily store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and upholding SOPs and safety guidelines. You will be required to analyze sales trends, develop marketing strategies, and engage with the local community to enhance footfall.

Your educational background should include a degree in Optometry or Sales/Retail Management, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Optical Retail, including 2+ years in a Store Manager role for a reputable retail or luxury brand.
