Manager - Consumer Insights & Market Research
We are currently looking to close a Manager - Consumer Insights & Market Research position with one of the topmost FMCG Conglomerates in India. The position is based in Delhi

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design effective & efficient ways along with the agency partners to measure & track brand performance, stimulus(concept product) testing, market share tracking, diagnostic researches
- Translating business questions into research design that provides the best approach to answer the business questions.
- Work closely with brand team to drive execution of briefs and evaluate research designs from the agency
- Work closely with the brand team & leverage insights to drive business growth
- Identify new & effective ways of testing concepts, products & communication
- Triangulate multiple data sets to identify trends and early indicators of brand/product performance
- Analyze research and market data to identify insights and use them to influence decisions pertaining to multiple areas i.e. market interventions, GTM, Product development etc.
- Build tools and practices necessary to support ongoing, iterative research for large and growing brand and product team
- Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, meet deadlines and multi task in agile work environment
WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT INDUSTRY:
- Experience in quantitative is must and exposure to qualitative is a plus
- Tight knit partnership skills and ability to work within a diverse team (Multiple functions) is required.

Age - 28-34 years
Qualification - MBA/PGDM
Experience & Industry:
- 6-9 years of experience -in quantitative research on supplier/agency side or client side. FMCG/Tobacco experience preferable(IMRB/Kantar/Nielson/IPSOS)
Experience in brand tracking, UnA, segmentation and product/concept test.
Knowledge of MS office suite is must, SPSS/Tableau preferable
