Primary Responsibilities

• Product Management Core Discipline
• Product Lifecycle Management: Independently manage each stage of the product lifecycle, developing and executing strategies based on market needs and profitability. Support single or multiple products.
• Vision and Strategy: Clearly articulate vision and roadmaps to the engineering team, relating tasks to overall product strategy.
• Market Insight: Explain the competitive landscape and how the product fits into it. Anticipate market trends and plan accordingly.
• Problem Solving: Use creative thinking to solve problems and provide alternative solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with matrix partners to translate capabilities into operational processes and measurement plans. Validate requirements via pilots and beta groups.
• Storytelling: Communicate the product story internally and externally. Provide subject matter expertise and join sales calls.
• Market Trends: Stay current on market trends and competitors. Understand customer purchase cycles and demonstrate effective negotiation strategies.
• Leadership Alignment: Guide leadership-level alignment and advance product culture throughout the portfolio.
• Relationship Building: Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with strategic partners. Attend events to build networks.
  
• Communication: Demonstrate finesse in executive communication and attract talented resources.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic and outcome-based roadmaps. Influence "Definition of Done" and ensure cross-product workflow understanding.
• Market Segmentation: Quantify and define product opportunities through market segmentation.
• Customer Experience: Consider customer experience and perspective in all decisions and actions.
• Financial Analysis: Lead financial analyses to drive product planning and management, including cost/benefit analysis, revenue forecasts, P/L, budgets, and membership/volume forecasts.
• Capital Requirements: Understand capital requirements and align them with the operating calendar.
• SaaS/Cloud Experience: Must have experience with SaaS/cloud architecture and delivery models.
• AI/ML Expertise: Good exposure to AI/ML concepts and the ability to identify the right business use cases for AI/ML or Generative AI implementations
• Architecture and Design: Ensure industry-standard architecture and design patterns. Provide guidance on transition and future state architecture, reducing technical debt.
• Reuse and Alignment: Evangelize and foster reuse across products. Partner to minimize overlapping work and align engineering expectations.
• OKRs and Budget: Partner with business stakeholders to develop OKRs and balance business priorities with technology enablers. Manage product portfolio budget and monitor costs.
• Prioritization: Influence and drive prioritization across the Product Development Roadmap, Product Backlog, and Sprint Backlog.
• Capacity Management: Manage capacity plans against demand and understand engineering workstreams.

Preferred Skills
Must have worked on healthcare domain in the Payer/Provider/Gov/E&I segment
Good understanding of Commercial/MA/Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, cost sharing structure, benefit management and claims processes would be required.
Technical Knowledge

black small square Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA/ MTECH /MS Graduation (MBA preferred)
