Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to enhance market penetration.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sales service to foster client loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Educate customers on the unique value propositions of BMW vehicles or luxury watches.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with marketing and after-sales teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client records in CRM systems.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brand events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

    Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in luxury goods, automotive, or high-end retail.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Passion for luxury products and a keen interest in the automotive or watch industry.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
