Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will bring 57 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably within the real estate or construction industry, and will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing organizational culture, and overseeing the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier real estate and construction professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Oversee employee relations and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the company.
  • Mentor and lead junior HR team members, ensuring continuous professional development.

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
  • 57 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, or construction sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
