Key Skills: Oracle Data Warehouse, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Analytics or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.

JD:

A techno-functional analyst specializing in data analysis and strategy, the incumbent will leverage their expertise to ensure data-driven decision-making and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, contributing to the success of impactful projects.

The role encompasses hands-on business analysis in IT projects focused on diverse data activities including extraction, modelling, governance, and visualization, spanning core operational areas such as investment projects, grants, thematic focus, finance, budget, operations, and HR

Duties will include the following:

· Utilize tools for data extraction, modeling, and visualization to uncover insights that inform decisions and strategies for business growth.

· Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional documentation, facilitating a clear connection between requirements and implementation.

· Lead end-to-end project management, collaborating with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

· Offer strategic guidance on data architecture aligned with organizational objectives, contributing to long-term success.

· Ensure data quality through validation routines and adherence to high standards, building a foundation of trustworthy insights.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment.

· Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring uninterrupted data analysis and reporting.

· Conduct training sessions and maintain well-structured documentation to empower teams in using data effectively.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, driving operational efficiency.

· Advocate for process enhancements, streamlining data workflows, and promoting innovative ideas.
