Job Description
What role you will play in team: Collaborate with senior team members on complex financial transactions.
What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, create presentations, and support deal execution.
Key responsibility:
- Financial modeling and valuation of target companies
- Industry research and competitive analysis
- Due diligence and transaction execution
- Preparation of client presentations and investment memorandums
- Support senior bankers in all stages of the deal process
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2-3 years of investment banking experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
