Product Strategist, Data Analyst and Tool Builder for Fusion SaaS HCM and SCM products
Job description:
A key member of the Fusion Cloud Applications product development team working with product strategy, product management, development leaders and field teams around the world to understand in detail the drivers of success and opportunities to improve; to propose actions and plans to improve product performance; and to track the results of our sales, product adoption and usage, along with the success of programs.
Successful candidates will have:
* Analytical mindset. Background in data/analytics, financial analytics, product management, or software development.
* Technical, quantitative and/or business education
* Experience analyzing software product usage across many dimensions, making actionable recommendations
* Experience with developing apps in Oracle APEX, SQL and/or Oracle Analytics a strong plus
* Experience with Fusion HCM or SCM a strong plus
* Experience implementing or administering enterprise ERP/HCM/SCM systems a strong plus
* Experience working in a globally distributed team a plus

* Help organize multi-source information obtained via data entry screens, XLS import, fleet scan results, API calls, etc. to give us a wholistic view of our customers’ product usage and subscriptions, including detail on granular features and uptake of major modules
* Work across HCM, SCM and SaaS suite
* Create and modify APEX screens and applications to view and edit information
* Curate data model & sources to feed Oracle Applications Cloud for self-service access by Dev Strategists, PMs, CoE staff, etc. Create reports and dashboards.
* Responsibility for data quality, including identifying anomalies, making corrections, brainstorming workarounds, documenting caveats
* Understand other major internal portals and tools that capture or provide relevant data (e.g. CSP, CLM2, Signals)
* Work together with colleagues within and outside of product development to provide a consistent view of our customer behavior and product usage
* Be agile & flexible to respond to time-sensitive requests and changing market conditions
