The Opportunity:
The OCI Data and AI team is hiring an experienced product manager to own critical messaging and middleware services OCI customers use to power their applications. Join our team to help expand our portfolio with new offerings, build cutting-edge new features, innovative ways of delivering data management and build a data platform that rivals those of other cloud leaders.
Past expertise in managing middleware services such as pub/sub systems, message queues, or databases is a big plus.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Apply your PM skills and creative energies to define and build new features, connect your services with new customers, unlock new use cases and raise our visibility across the industry.

• Capture detailed product requirements and define the service roadmap
• Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and get buy-in
  
• Work closely with Development to ensure our services deliver great experiences at industry-leading value.
• Maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand their business bottlenecks and how we can deliver meaningful value.
• Develop collateral such as technical and business white papers, success stories, data sheets, brochures, best practices and presentations.
• Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services.
• Present at Oracle user group meetings, trade shows, customer sites, industry conferences, industry analyst meetings and at the Oracle Customer Visit Center.
  

Qualifications:

• BS / MS in a technical or communications field, or MBA with similar industry experience.
• Direct product management experience with database, messaging or similar middleware technologies.
• Experience with customer migrations is a big plus.
• 6+ years of total product management experience.
