Senior Director, Software Development

Oracle Health Patient Accounting is a leading solution for managing healthcare provider reimbursement in the US and other international markets. We are embarking on an exciting journey to transition our application into a modern cloud SaaS offering powered by AI/ML. This transformative project aims to modernize and revolutionize healthcare by leveraging cloud technology, AI/ML capabilities, and a commitment to increase provider revenue by automating the manual operations that dominate the patient accounting workflow today. The ideal candidate for this role will lead our India engineering organization, transforming both product and team as they assume responsibility for our core product offering. This challenging role involves guiding the team as they scale the application on Oracle Cloud, address critical customer feature needs, and provide the AI/ML foundation for the next generation product offering.
Key Responsibilities:

• Application Modernization: Lead the modernization efforts of the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application, through new user experiences and support for international markets.
• Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and ensure seamless integration within the healthcare sector and scale the application to meet the needs of our largest customers.
• AI/ML Expertise: Leverage your expertise in AI/ML to advance the capabilities of the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application, enabling it to provide valuable insights and automate workflows for healthcare professionals.
• Healthcare Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that transform the healthcare landscape.
• 
  Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to applying AI to healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and application modernization.
• Previous experience in healthcare technology or related fields is highly desirable.
