Systems Analyst 1-IT

Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Maintaining & supporting the Day-to-day operations of the Solutions, which is heavily reliant on Unix/Linux, windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Unix/linux & windows technologies and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
. Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customers applications hosted in Linux/Windows environments.
. Perform solutions builds and upgrades & Support Hardware migrations
. Collaborate with within team and other technical teams.
. Providing on-call support for a minimal service disruption
Basic Qualifications
. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
. At least 1+ years of system experience in Windows & Linux server administration.
. Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
. Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
. Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and Windows systems
. Proficient with task management utilities
. Cloud and Scripting Knowledge
. Strong written and oral communication skills

Hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
Preferred experience in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
