Job Description

Role Overview:

As aKey Account Director, youll be the strategic link between our clients and our creative teams, owning relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional events. This is a senior role for proven event industry professionals with a passion for innovation and relationship building.

What Youll Do:

Client & Business Development

  • Identify and win new business from top-tier brands across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure high-value projects.
  • Negotiate and close deals independently.

Account Management & Servicing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Understand brand goals, marketing strategies, and event objectives in depth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute premium events.
  • Ensure smooth communication and flawless delivery at every stage.

Project Leadership

  • Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure on-time, top-quality execution.

Relationship Growth

  • Nurture long-term partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Regularly connect with clients to understand evolving needs and provide strategic solutions.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in client servicing/key account director in a reputed event management company.
  • Proven track record of winning business and managing large scale corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
