Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for revenue-generating roles and a deep understanding of GTM talent landscapes. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, stakeholder management, and building high-quality talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Hiring Ownership:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team structures.
- Drive hiring strategies aligned with business growth and revenue goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Sourcing & Talent Strategy:
- Build strong pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Design and execute targeted hiring campaigns for niche and leadership roles.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain high standards of communication and employer branding.
Process & Metrics:
- Track and manage key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, and HR Operations teams.
- Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and drive best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM hiring.
- Proven experience in hiring for roles such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Growth Managers, and Customer Success professionals.
- Strong understanding of hiring across B2B, SaaS, or startup ecosystems (preferred).
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn hiring, and database management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Strong networking and headhunting capabilities for mid to senior-level roles.
