• Own the full stack: from UI/UX to backend services and databases.
• Convert business needs into clear technical tasks with realistic estimates.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and ship with confidence.
• 
  Collaborate directly with stakeholders for quick feedback loops.
• Optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Be proactive raise red flags early, deliver on time, and experiment fearlessly.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 13 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with Next.js (App Router).
• Proficiency with MongoDB and database design.
• Tailwind CSS + responsive UI know-how.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying apps on AWS Cloud.
• Curiosity to learn GoLang, AI tools, and new frameworks
