Business Analyst

Orbit Techsol is looking for an Analytical and Detail-Oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions, driving process improvements and supporting data-driven decision-making.

As a Business Analyst at Orbit Techsol, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Youll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process modeling, gap and impact analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure solution alignment and quality delivery.
• Prepare key documentation including BRD, FSD, SRS, UAT scenarios, and related artifacts.
• Support business process reengineering initiatives and change management activities.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Work within Agile / Scrum / Waterfall frameworks to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
