Senior Sales Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates, primarily focusing on OPT (Optional Practical Training), H1 (H-1B visa), and GC (Green Card) candidates. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong connections with vendors and effectively match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates from various channels, such as job boards, social networks, and referrals, with a focus on OPT, H1, and GC candidates.

Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and work authorization status. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.

Vendor Management: Develop and nurture relationships with vendors who hire OPT, H1, and GC candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and job requirements.

Job Matching: Review and match candidates to job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and work authorization status. Ensure a high rate of successful placements.

Negotiation: Assist in negotiating compensation packages and other terms with both candidates and vendors.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with immigration and employment regulations to ensure all placements are compliant.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate and job data, and provide regular reports on your recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 year of experience in US bench sales recruitment or US IT staffing

Strong connections with vendors who hire OPT, H1, and GC candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Knowledge of immigration and employment regulations is a plus.

Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
