Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Senior Team Leader in RPA Automation, you will be responsible for leading our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) delivery team. Your role will involve managing multiple RPA projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of RPA solutions that meet business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RPA developers and analysts working on various client projects.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA solutions, from design to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define project scopes.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance for complex automation builds and technical challenges.
- Track project progress using project management tools and regularly update leadership and clients.
- Champion best practices in RPA architecture, security, scalability, and reusability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in intelligent automation and AI.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end RPA projects in enterprise environments.
Additional Details:
The company is seeking a candidate with proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Knowledge of process analysis, solution design, RPA architecture, and familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Python, SQL, or API integrations is advantageous. Experience with agile project management and automation deployment methodologies will be beneficial.
Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
