Job Description

    The ideal candidate for the Senior Talent Acquisition position at Envision Next should be an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent across various positions in the organization. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, mentoring junior recruiters, and actively contributing to enhancing our employer brand.
    You will play a crucial role in shaping the Talent Acquisition Strategy by creating and executing hiring strategies that target high-quality candidates for different roles within the organization. Additionally, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
    To excel in this role, you must possess strong sourcing expertise, utilizing various methods such as job boards, networking, and social media to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers will be essential to understand their needs, role requirements, and team dynamics, enabling you to identify and attract ideal candidates effectively.
    Furthermore, you will be instrumental in enhancing and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent and retain high-quality candidates. Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics will provide valuable insights for process improvements and efficiencies. Your role will also involve mentoring junior recruiters, ensuring the recruitment team operates smoothly while optimizing processes.

    The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any field, with an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred. Key skills required for this position include strong interpersonal and communication skills, a results-oriented approach, leadership abilities, negotiation skills, adaptability, industry awareness, and a solid background in recruitment strategy.
