Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting, along with practical working knowledge of Busy accounting software.

• Manage complete accounting operations including billing, receivables, payables, and general ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for audits
• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-control measures
• Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation (if applicable)

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of Busy accounting software (2–4 years hands-on experience required)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
