Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the consumer electricals and durables sectors. Your key duties will include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and conducting market research to drive product innovation. You will also lead sales negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
    To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in project sales/business development within the Lights, Sanitary Ware, or Electrical Panel industry. Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, consumer electronics, and durable goods market trends is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to think analytically and identify business opportunities.
    Preferred skills include familiarity with project management tools and industry certifications or training in business development or sales. This position demands a strategic thinker with a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue growth in the competitive electricals and durables market.
