Roles and Responsibilities:

Exp.Bulk hiring-BFSI, Insurance,eCom.

• Competent professional with over 1 - 6years of rich experience in Bulk hiring and Recruitment for BFSI- Banking, insurance, bancassurance, investment sectors, eCommerce, etc.
  


• Strong expertise in various Job portals


• Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.


• Ability to meet daily targets.


• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications


• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.


• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as its our clients' requirement.


• End to end recruitment proficiency. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.


• Should be an excellent team player and quick learner.


• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).


• Strong Sourcing skills and hands on all job portals.

• Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm


• Working days: Monday to Saturday; (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Salary range: INR 1,00,000.00 to 2,50,000.00 only. Final salary depends on your interview performance.
