Job Description
Summary:
- A Subject matter expert of AR process and deliverables;
- Prior experience with ERP implementation project.
- Ability to initiate and/or execute change management projects;
- Strong academics;
- Work with minimum supervision and strive for excellence;
- Acts as a backup for AR Supervisor, if required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform AR accounting independently including:
- Calculate Late payment charges;
- Analyze, account and report Marketing sponsorships;
- Prepare quarterly executive reporting package;
- Prepare monthly AR consolidated Recon and certify them in Blackline;
- Analyze, account and report related party journal entries;
- Capable of managing queries beyond the scope of function;
- Basic assistance during month close process.
- Work to provide all the details to auditors.
- Provide assistance in implementing strategic initiatives.
