Job Summary

Genestac Therapeutics is looking for a skilled and compliance-aware Digital Marketer to drive high-quality leads and brand visibility through Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare/pharma marketing, understand regulatory considerations, and be capable of managing end-to-end digital marketing campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
• Manage and improve SEO performance (on-page, off-page, and keyword strategy) to increase organic traffic and leads
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve better CPL, CPA, and ROI
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare and pharma advertising guidelines
• Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate improvement (CRO)
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights

  Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and messaging
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO for healthcare/pharma websites
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager
• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and ad policies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
