1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve branch-level sales targets for Switchgear & Wires products.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors, dealers, and retail channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned territory.
2. Channel Management
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
- Ensure healthy inventory levels and product availability in the market.
- Monitor distributor performance, credit discipline, and sales productivity.

3. Market Development
- Increase product visibility through retailer engagement, electrician meets, and promotional activities.
- Develop relationships with contractors, electricians, builders, and influencers to generate demand.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and guide the branch sales team, including Territory Sales Officers or Sales Executives.
- Set clear targets, review performance, and provide regular coaching and field support.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
5. Business Planning & Execution
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and achievement against targets.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market feedback.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and channel partners.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, product availability, or service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
