Orient Electric - Manager - Commercial Operations & Credit Control - Finance

- Experience in Sales Commercial / Sales Finance / Credit Control functions
- Strong understanding of channel business, distribution and commercial operations
- Experience in centralized commercial team structure
- Team handling experience in a large-scale organization
- Business partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Strong exposure to pricing, receivables, credit control, reconciliations and compliance

- Experience in commercial process standardization and SOP governance
- Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP / DMS / SFA tools
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Experience in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to manage stakeholder escalations and commercial issue resolution
- Exposure to FMCG / Consumer Durables / Manufacturing industry preferred
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale organizations
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with exposure to centralized commercial operations, large stakeholder management, automation-driven process improvement, and team handling experience will be preferred.
