About the Strategy Team and the Role

The Strategy Team plays a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and initiatives that will help thecompany grow and succeed in the future. As a team of pathfinders, we constantly seek out innovativesolutions that can improve the companys performance and help it stay ahead of the competition. As a key member of the PR & Marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the companys corporateimage and public perception. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organisations reputation and brand identity. Through your efforts, you will help to establish OriginMedical as a trusted and respected leader in the industry and ensure that the companys public image and perception are aligned with its goals and objectives.

What will you do

• Public Relations: Provide support for various public relations activities, including media monitoring, content creation, and research.
• Media Relations: Keep a close eye on media coverage and industry trends to help the company stayahead of the curve and respond proactively to any challenges or opportunities that may arise.
• Event Management: Play a key role in event planning and management, ensuring that the companysimage and message are effectively communicated at all times.
• Brand Management: Develop engaging and informative content, including press releases, blog posts, and social media updates, that effectively promote the companys mission, values, andachievements.
• Graphic Design & Visual Communication: Create high-quality visual assets (including posters, presentation decks, and other brand collateral) and ensure the companys visual identity is consistently maintained and elevated across all communication channels.

Who are we looking for

• 0-1 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally with exposure to a healthcare startup environment.
• A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
• A person who has a flair for writing and can adapt their style to match different tones and voices to support the teams requirements.
• A person who is bold and isnt afraid to do things differently. Curious and passionate about constant learning, proactive with a can-do approach.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and an eye for clean, compelling visual storytelling are a strong plus.
• We look for well-rounded leaders and team players with the skills and drive to make an impact.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyse and extract insights to support decision-making.
• Tremendous passion to impact, build, and make people in the company happy and satisfied.
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
