1.Identify and connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
2.Pitch IT services including web/app development, software solutions, and digital transformation
3.Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
4.Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and close deals

Requirements:
1.Proven 2-5 yrs experience in B2B IT sales or freelance business development
2.Strong communication and negotiation skills
