Legal Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance professional who will play a key role in managing regulatory, fund, and transaction-related legal matters while working closely with the investment team and leadership.

What youll do

• Own and manage fund documentation including TD, PPM, IMA and CA.
• Lead compliance related to SEBI AIF regulations and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Track regulatory developments (SEBI, RBI, FEMA) and assess their impact on fund structures and documentation.
• Manage regulatory filings, compliance reporting and coordination with regulators and legal advisors

• Draft, vet and negotiate investment transaction documents including TS, SSHA, SSA and SPA.
• Conduct legal and compliance due diligence for portfolio investments.
• Support investor communications and legal aspects of portfolio transactions.
• Manage agreements with partners, distributors, advisors and service providers.
• Handle governance processes including board, committee and shareholder meetings.

What were looking for

• LLB is mandatory (CS preferred).
• 710 years of experience, with 3+ years working on AIF / SEBI regulatory compliance.

  Get Hired
  Strong understanding of SEBI AIF regulations, FEMA, corporate and securities laws.
• Experience handling investment transaction documentation in a VC / PE / financial services environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
