About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage healthcare professionals. This role involves managing content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Analyzing campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives will be few KRAs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ?Digital Strategy Development:
2. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
3. Focus on B2B marketing to target HCPs, hospitals/Clinics, and distributors.
4. ?SEO and SEM:
5. Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
6. Plan and Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
   
7. ?Social Media Management:
8. Oversee social media channels to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
9. Develop campaigns to highlight product innovations and success stories.
10. ?Analytics and Reporting:
11. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
12. Present data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
13. ?Collaboration:
14. Work closely with product development, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts.
15. Coordinate with external agencies for specialized campaigns or content creation.
16. ?Budget Management:
17. Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree - PGDM or MBA will be preferred.
• Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) will be an added advantage.
