At Osaka Dubai, we are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-end JapaneseNikkei dining environment. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional, detail-oriented guest experience while ensuring operational excellence and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations across all dining areas and shifts, ensuring compliance with Osaka's service standards.

Actively engage with guests, managing feedback, resolving concerns, and authorizing service recovery actions when appropriate.

Ensure compliance with operational checklists, service protocols, and training schedules.

Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and compliance.

Manage and approve FOH staff schedules, ensuring efficient labor management and optimal coverage.

Ensure availability of staff, equipment, and inventory during each shift to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational incidents and guest-related situations.

Prepare daily service and operational performance reports.

Assume full responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.

Profile We're Looking For

45 years of experience as a Floor Manager in fine dining restaurants, luxury hospitality, or premium high-volume concepts.

Studies in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related fields.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.

Excellent guest focus with a strong understanding of service-driven sales.

Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.

Experience with POS and restaurant management systems (Micros, Oracle, Inforest, or similar).

Advanced English is mandatory.

Spanish is a plus.
