Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Modernization Sales located in Mumbai. The role entails identifying sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading modernization efforts for elevator systems. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation
- Technical understanding of elevator and modernization solutions
- Strong strategic planning and proposal drafting skills
- Project management and teamwork abilities to coordinate cross-functional efforts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is highly desirable
